She has been working in Indian country for over 20 years as a trainer, consultant and motivational speaker. Clayton Small P.H.D. (Northern Cheyenne) has experience as an elementary, middle, and high school principal in rural and urban American Indian communities. He has been a faculty member and administrator at three universities. As a consultant for the Indian Health Service and Bureau of Indian Affairs, he developed comprehensive prevention models and strategies for suicide, substance abuse, violence, trauma, depression, and community mobilization. Howard Rainer Howard Rainer is a Taos Pueblo-Creek Indian from Taos Pueblo, New Mexico. He is a professional photographer of 20 years, whose work has been featured in Native Peoples Magazine, This People Magazine, New Mexico Magazine and Southwest Art and has published several books of his photography and poetry.
