About the Training

Whether you are an elected or spiritual leader, program manager, project director, or someone wanting to further develop your leadership skills, this training is for you. The training will include knowledge transfer, discussion, healthy risk-taking, interactive sessions, and activities that will give participants a better understanding of themselves, their families, communities, and places of work. Participants will assess their leadership skills and reflect on traditional leadership and how those core values are still needed and in place today. Regardless of your age, years of experience, or present-day leadership status, this training will serve as a great introduction and refresher to leadership development.
