Become a Certified Trainer!

This training is intended for adults who work with Native youth. Participants who complete the training will be certified trainers in the Native Wellness Institutes ten lesson “Native Youth Leadership” curriculum. The training will be hands-on, experiential and participants will give presentations to display their knowledge and understanding of the curriculum. The curriculum is great for any youth program. Each person will receive a copy of the curriculum and certificate of completion.

The cutoff date to receive the discounted rate is Monday, January 13, 2025. Mention the 2025 Adults Working with Native Youth Training of Trainers to receive the discounted room rate. 

Please note the training will not be held at the hotel and you will need transportation to Barbies village. Options include rental cars, ride shares, or taxis. If you cannot find transportation from the hotel to Barbies Village please let us know and we can help.

+ Cancelation Policy +

Registrants who are unable to attend may send a replacement at no additional charge. Please provide us with the name of the replacement before the training. No refunds will be given for paid registrations, however, we can provide a credit for a future training. Training credits will expire after one year. If a participant is unable to attend and no cancellation is made prior to the training or replacement is made, the FULL amount of registration will be charged as a no-show fee.
