Whether working for an Indian tribe, a Native-serving organization, or serving the Indigenous population, being an ally is crucial. This two-day training defines allyship and explores effective ways to serve Native communities. The program addresses the impact of oppression on workplace dynamics, delving into racism, micro and macro aggressions, bias, privilege, and fragility. Participants will gain insights into healing strategies, equipped with tools for self-care and self-reflection, ensuring they leave with a well-stocked toolkit.

+ Cancelation Policy +

Registrants who are unable to attend may send a replacement at no additional charge. Please provide us with the name of the replacement before the training. No refunds will be given for paid registrations, however, we can provide a credit for a future training. Training credits will expire after one year. If a participant is unable to attend and no cancellation is made prior to the training or replacement is made, the FULL amount of registration will be charged as a no-show fee.
