About the Training

This two-day training defines allyship and explores effective ways to serve Native communities. The program addresses the impact of oppression on workplace dynamics, delving into racism, micro and macro aggressions, bias, privilege, and fragility. Participants will gain insights into healing strategies, equipped with tools for self-care and self-reflection, ensuring they leave with a well-stocked toolkit.
