Where there has been trauma, healing is the answer. 100% of Native people descend from miracle survivors of genocide. That resiliency remains in our blood memory. However, so do the lasting impacts of historical and intergenerational trauma. That trauma comes out in many different ways in our workplaces and communities. Gossip. Lateral violence. Chronic negativity. Addiction. Violence. People taking their own lives. Loss of culture. Hopelessness and more.
Where do we begin to create change? It can often feel overwhelming.
This interactive training will provide tools, resources, activities, processes, and opportunities to practice them in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are looking for solutions to engage various segments of your community or engage your workplace and leaders, this training will motivate, energize, and inspire you to create positive change for your people.
