In a unique gathering, NWI will offer time and space for those who identify as a woman, those who identify as Two Spirit/LGBTQ+ and those who identify as men, to gather separately in three different spaces to discuss and learn more about healing and wellness.  During the three-day gathering, all three groups will also all come together to offer support, networking, knowledge sharing and learning opportunities with each other.

Women- participants of all adult ages and stages will gather to learn more about healthy relationships, moving through grief and loss, co-dependency vs supporting, parenting, healing and living better in balance between work, school, community and home-life, using traditional medicines, self-care and more.

Two Spirit/LGBTQ- participants of all adult ages and stages will gather to learn more about confronting toxic masculinity, addressing inclusivity and equality, healthy relationships, self-acceptance and embracing your authentic self, healing, wellness, traditional medicines, self-care and more.

Men- participants of all adult ages and stages will gather to learn more about what is a healthy Native man, how does the patriarchy reach Indian Country, the 7 Circles of Wellness, toxic masculinity, healthy relationships, community wellness, parenting, traditional medicines, self-care and more.

The three separate gatherings will take place at Barbie’s Village, a community-based organization that NWI partners with in Portland, Oregon. We will hear the beautiful creation story of this village.
