About the Training

This three-day training is intended for new or seasoned employees who want to be more effective supervisors and managers. The training will follow the Native Wellness Institute’s Wellness in the Workplace curriculum with an emphasis on supervision and management. The training will cover trauma-informed supervision, how to encourage and inspire workers and will trouble-shoot challenging workplace scenarios including conflict resolution. Training participants will learn and network with other supervisors and managers working in tribal and urban Native serving organizations. Each participant will receive a training manual full of tools to bring back to the workplace.

Cancelation Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend may send a replacement at no additional charge. Please provide us with the name of the replacement before the training. No refunds will be given for paid registrations, however, we can provide a credit for a future training. Training credits will expire after one year. If a participant is unable to attend and no cancellation is made prior to the training or replacement is made, the FULL amount of registration will be charged as a no-show fee.

Check-in, Checkout, & Cancellations

Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Actual room assignments are all subject to availability at time of arrival. It is understood that cancellations by individual attendees may be made without penalty until 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.

Airport Transportation
We provide transportation service to and from the Spokane International Airport. We are located approximately 45 minutes from the airport.
