The Native Wellness Institute has heard many, many stories and examples of unhealthy workplaces over the years. In response, we have developed a Wellness in the Workplace training that helps participants better understand where unhealthy work behaviors come from and more importantly, how to address them in the workplace. This interactive training will take participants on a journey of personal and workplace wellness with skills and tools to be a more positive, proactive, and productive employee.
