Become a Certified Trainer!
Developing healthy workplaces in Indian Country can be challenging, with stress, turnover, politics, and turfism often standing in the way of meaningful work. People become more effective when they understand their behaviors and those of others, while also growing personally and professionally.

Prioritizing self-care reduces stress, boosts productivity, and sharpens focus.

This Training of Trainers certifies you in the Wellness in the Workplace Curriculum. The experience focuses on building team connection, planning and prioritizing work, understanding the roots of ineffective workplace behaviors, and introducing balance and flexibility. You’ll also develop key skills in communication, conflict resolution, navigating cultural differences, stress reduction, and work/life balance.

After completing the training, you’ll be certified to deliver Wellness in the Workplace workshops in your community or organization. Please note: this certification does not authorize you to certify others as trainers. Participants will receive hands-on learning, a copy of the curriculum, and a certificate of completion, providing tools to support wellness in the workplace.
